We do this by adopting a lean approach to business process management. We start off with Gemba and with people and we steadily acquire awareness of resources and objectives and of how we can achieve them.

We work simultaneously on several levels and our aim is to re-energize a work force demotivated by organizational inertia. The Kaizen culture is geared towards activating awareness which leads to the right motivation and fosters a generalized and positive attitude in the company. Change then becomes a continuous improvement of everything that goes on in a company, both at strategic and at organizational level.

We support management with numerous activities from Lean Management and from World Class Manufacturing methodology and we follow the bottom-up Japanese approach inspired by the Kaizen culture that regards people and their resources rather than production methods and processes as key factors in improvement.

Our consultancy is based on collective learning. It is a consolidated methodology in which everything revolves around the ability to work in a team, which means acquiring, consolidating, developing and sharing skills crucial to any work environment.

The key activities

All our management and executive consulting programmes are planned together with the client. We are methodical and determined in the supervision of each project and we make sure that a business can reach agreed upon objectives. Each programme draws on a series of key activities and is based on the specific needs of a company. These are some of the things that we do:

  • Analysis of the corporate climate , in order to enhance present culture and leadership.

  • Daily activities of gemba walk with application of visual planning, to share what has been achieved in the various company functions

 

  • Activities aimed at restoring listening and collaboration to meetings and team management

 

  • Support in identifying and monitoring the performance indicators of all company areas

  • Review performance appraisal based on modern Kaizen approach

  • Re-energize demotivated and uncooperative teams.

  • Measure processes and results daily to understand what has been reached and how to continue improvement programmes.

 

  • Support products with innovative designs based on the key concepts of Lean Thinking.

 

  • Provide physical and mental wellness programmes, meditation and tips on taking care of your body.

 

  • Relaunch the company image with new photographic material placing products, services, and people at the core of the business.

 

  • Define corporate storytelling: identify values, vision, mission, and redesign the communication environment both off and online with the Kaizen approach.
