I got to know the Leanbet team while I was doing training on Mind Maps and the Visual Method. The people I met were competent and their approach was to provide us with new methodologies and  practical examples.  What I appreciated the most and what really distinguishes Leanbet from others, is that they have personally experienced the value of lean methodologies introduced into industrial processes by contextualizing them. In training and consultancy experiences it is not common to find people who have had such a strong first-hand business experience.

Dissatisfied with the results obtained in its corporate reorganization process beforehand, in 2011 Dialcos turned to LeanBet for coaching and support in its Lean Journey.

The journey presented innumerable challenges and great success. The process focused attention on people as process managers, starting from the Operations area up to Sales and Administration.

Our journey continues to this day, and over time Dialcos has developed its autonomy in the management of continuous improvement .

We involved Leanbet for an internal training activity on Lean Office issues, streamlining, improving the delivery process, enhancing value for our customers, eliminating waste and dispersion. Leanbet’s advice seemed to us very practical and very solid from a theoretical point of view. The team has a culture of standardization; they are proactive and have a collaborative spirit .

We have collaborated with Leanbet on companies from very different sectors such as food, mechanics to name just two and we have focused, in particular, on issues related to internationalization in the Middle East. Unlike many other consulting companies Leanbet seem to have a vertical approach to Lean issues and are coherent in what they declare and what they do.
