THE SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE

The experience of those who live the challenges of Industrial Operations on a daily basis.

The course was conceived and designed by managers and entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the operations field, gained in SMEs and multinationals operating in various sectors. The criterion of field experience also guided the choice of teachers and the corporate realities proposed as examples for one or more specific aspects of operations.

INDUSTRIAL MAKERS therefore focuses on a highly experiential training method: each theoretical or methodological aspect is taught above all from the point of view of those who have experienced it. Hence the idea of exploring the gemba, the heart of a company's production and logistics, and of experiencing first-hand the wise and constantly evolving balance between efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness, through organizational, training and technological paths.

Both the scientific board and the teachers have contributed equally to building realities strongly oriented towards the objective of each operations manager: transforming this vast and articulated corporate sector into a decisive factor of competitiveness.

"If you can't describe what you're doing as a process, you don't know what you're doing."

(W. Edwards Deming)
