Mountech has decided to continue its continuous improvement process, based on kaizen, to improve its efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

 

The company's goal is to continue to be a benchmark in the heating and electrical system design sector.

 

Mountech, already focused on continuous improvement since its inception, began its kaizen process in October 2022. The company has chosen Leanbet, a consulting firm specializing in lean management.

The kaizen journey began with a preliminary analysis aimed at identifying the company's areas for improvement. Leanbet subsequently supported Mountech in developing an improvement plan, which included a series of concrete actions, including:
