Participants in Leanbet's Six Sigma courses acquire the skills to sustainably implement a Continuous Improvement program, ensuring the consistency of individual projects with corporate strategy.

The training is a comprehensive set of topics designed to represent the universally and commonly accepted minimum competencies and core competency requirements of Green Lean Six Sigma.

The program is divided into five main phases: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control, each subdivided into subcategories consisting of individual thematic topics.

Cost and registration procedure

The training consists of:

Total 64 hours of in-person training with a final exam.

Total 3 individual project coaching sessions (1 hour per person for 3 sessions).

A final project closing meeting with Green Belt certification.


The modules consist of slides and group exercises to be completed using specific software (Minitab is recommended, the cost of which is borne by each participant).


The program complies with the ISO 18404 guidelines - certification obtained by Leanbet srl.

Training sessions will be led by a Certified Master Black Belt (MBB) from GEORGE GROUP (George Group was founded in 1986, worked with Fortune 500 companies and government organizations, and was an industry leader in bringing a combined Lean and Six Sigma approach to organizations, called Lean Six Sigma), with the support of specific materials and Minitab software.

The Leanbet srl Master Black Belt has certified dozens of Black Belts and several hundred Green Belts from leading companies in various sectors, such as automotive, beverage, imaging, leather, service, and printing.

 

The cost of Minitab Timed licenses (6 or 12 months) is the responsibility of each individual participant.

To obtain Green Belt certification, you must attend classes, pass a final test, and complete a training project using the Lean Six Sigma methodology by the indicated deadline (approximately 4-5 months from the training start date).
