The theme of the training session:

​In Japanese, “Dantotsu” means “the best of the best”, which perfectly reflects the importance of quality in manufacturing. Striving for Dantotsu means striving for exceptional excellence, continuous innovation, and exceeding customer expectations, which leads to a significant competitive advantage and motivated employees.
The Weak Point Management System is the method for achieving this goal by visualizing and breaking down everyday quality problems.
The course provides a practical approach to identifying, analyzing, and resolving everyday quality problems.

Who will accompany:

Stefano Cortiglioni - COO, Chief Operating Officer at MEP Spa

After graduating in mechanical engineering, he began his professional career covering various roles within different multinational companies: in 2005 he joined Toyota, where he spent 16 years covering the role of Operations Director for the group's Italian plants and European manager of the Toyota Lean Academy. He also covered the role of Global Head of Marelli Manufacturing System in the multinational Marelli, a leader in the supply of automotive components, an international group with 142 plants worldwide. In 2017 his book "Il Successo Continuo. L'eccellenza Toyota dalla via Emilia all'Europa" was published, published by Hoepli, followed in 2020 by "Toyota Methods and Operating Models", published by KoganPage.
Currently Coo in Mep SpA, one of the main references in the global market of metal saws, 4 production plants, in 3 continents, one of which in Pergola (PU) where this training session is hosted
