On May 29th, Leanbet welcomes you to the second edition of the "Industrial Makers" course, where Operations Management takes centre stage in a dynamic and hands-on approach. Unlike traditional theoretical methods, our course delves into experiential learning, allowing participants to immerse themselves in real-world scenarios and practical applications.
Operations Management is the lifeblood of every organization, and our “Industrial Makers” course (https://www.leanbet.eu/industrial-makers) is designed to empower participants with first-hand insights into the heartbeat of business operations.
This Second edition will be led by Alexandre Lépeé – Plant manager at Electrolux Professional, a multinational company with plants in all the world. He will guide participants through a comprehensive examination of various critical factors affecting supply chain performance.
We'll thoroughly explore the supply chain’s efficiency, addressing issues like supply chain disturbances, sustainability and small visibility; additionally, we'll delve into supplier and customer management (External Supply Chain), optimizing component, production line, and finished goods flow. Lastly, we'll unveil best practices for managing the Internal Supply Chain along with key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring logistic improvement.
The added bonus is that Industrial Makers also gives you the opportunity to extend your business networks by working with and sharing experiences with industry leaders from both SMEs and multinational corporations.
This edition of the course will be conducted online from 9:00 to 13:00 on May 29th, 2024.
